Questions about custom software and AI
Is AI only for large companies?
No. For a small business it usually starts with something specific, like an assistant that replies on WhatsApp or reading delivery notes without typing them in, and it usually pays for itself with the hours it saves. For large companies we run broader integration and automation projects. In both cases, we first look at where time is being lost and give you a personalised quote.
Are my data and my customers' data safe with AI?
We design every project to comply with the GDPR (RGPD): we choose services that don't use your data for training and, where needed, solutions that run on your own hardware. We explain where each piece of data is stored.
Can it connect to my POS or my management software?
In most cases, yes. We work every day with Sysme, Glop and other management software, and we check it with you before giving you a quote.
How long before I see results?
A WhatsApp assistant or a specific automation is usually up and running within a few weeks. We start with the task that takes up most of your hours, measure the time it saves and, if it works, move on to the next. Large projects are planned in phases with partial deliveries.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on what it does. After the first conversation we give you a fixed quote; many improvements can start with a small part and be expanded later.
What if I need to change something down the line?
We're based in Tenerife and we stay with you after delivery: changes, improvements and maintenance, just as with the rest of our systems.
