In hotels, luxury villas, offices and new developments we design the installation from the project stage: climate and lighting per room based on occupancy, access after check-in, common-area lighting by schedule and presence, alarm and energy consumption on the same dashboard, and connection to the hotel management software where the system allows it.

Questions about home automation
Is building work needed?
Usually not. The modules go behind your existing switches or in the fuse box, and communicate by radio. An electrician is only needed to motorise blinds that aren't already motorised.
If the internet goes down, does the house stop working?
No. Control is local: switches, scenes and schedules keep working. Without internet you only lose control from outside the house and voice control.
Is it compatible with what I already have?
Almost always. We work with open standards and the most common brands; if you already have smart bulbs or plugs, in many cases we can integrate them into the same app.
Loxone or KNX? Is Loxone suitable for large houses?
It works for a flat and for a hotel. KNX is a very widespread standard on large builds; Loxone is a complete system with a single app, it's quicker to configure and it has a wireless version (Air) designed for renovations without building work. Loxone can also integrate KNX devices, so if your building already has KNX there's no need to rip it out. We recommend one or the other depending on the project.
Does it really save energy?
Yes, especially on climate and lighting: the air conditioning switches off when a window is open or nobody is in the room, the blinds come down with the afternoon sun and lights don't get left on. How much you save depends on usage; in the quote we explain where the savings are in your case, without promising brochure figures.
Will it alert me to a water leak or a problem while I'm away?
Yes. With flood, smoke and temperature sensors the house sends an alert to your phone and can shut off the water with a solenoid valve. Very useful in second homes and holiday apartments that stand empty for days.
Can I start small?
Yes. The most common approach is to start with the blinds or the living room, see how it works and then expand. There's no minimum: the same system we use in a flat grows into a whole villa or a hotel.
Do you do home automation for hotels, offices or new developments?
Yes. As well as homes, we carry out projects for hotels, holiday apartments, offices and new-build developments. Ideally we come in at the project stage so the installation is planned in, but we also automate buildings that are already in use, in phases.
