OK Computer installs BDP in hair salons, barbers and beauty centres in Tenerife. Its salon edition brings together what usually lives apart: each professional's diary, session vouchers that count themselves down, each client's record with what was done, and payment for the service together with the shampoo or cream they take home. We are an official BDP distributor and leave it ready with VeriFactu (Spain's verifiable invoicing system) and IGIC (the Canary Islands sales tax).
In a hair salon, barber's or beauty centre in Tenerife, OK Computer installs BDP in its beauty and hairdressing edition. It is software that links the appointment diary with the till: each appointment has its service and its professional, vouchers are tracked in the program itself, every client has a history and, at the end, the service and any products they take are paid on the same ticket.
A generic shop POS can take payments, but it knows nothing about appointments or sessions. That is where a salon loses time and money: vouchers nobody noted down, gaps in the diary nobody sees, clients asking what colour they had last time. Glop, which OK Computer installs in bars and shops, isn't designed for this kind of business; BDP has its own edition.
OK Computer loads services, prices, retail products and IGIC at its shop in Armeñime (Adeje), installs the equipment in half a day and teaches the whole salon team to use the diary. Later questions are handled by phone or remote connection.

A paper diary, records in a folder and a separate till: BDP puts it all in one place.
The day's appointments with their service and professional; reception can see straight away which slot is free and with whom.
Sell a ten-session voucher and BDP takes one off at each visit, without cardboard stamp cards.
Details and salon history, so you know what was done on previous visits before you start.
Shampoos, creams and accessories with a barcode scanner, on the same ticket as the cut or treatment.
With Dojo or Paytef nobody types the amount into the terminal, and at the end of the day card and cash come out separately.
A QR code and chained record on every payment, and the right IGIC rate for each service or product.
Often not. If you use another program or a spreadsheet today, OK Computer checks what data can be exported and loads it into BDP before installation. Anything that only exists on paper is added gradually, as each client comes back to the salon.
Installation is done on your day off or during the quietest hours.

Computer, printer, scanner and card terminal working, and the whole team trained on the diary.
By phone or remotely, with the maintenance plan you choose.
BDP, in the edition the manufacturer prepares for salons: as well as taking payments, it handles appointments, vouchers and each client's history. As an official distributor, OK Computer installs it in Tenerife and on the other islands.
If it issues its tickets with a computer or tablet, it needs at least invoicing software that complies with VeriFactu. Having the diary and vouchers in the same program saves time even with two chairs. We only quote for what the salon will use.
Not necessarily. The rate is set separately for each service and each product, using the details your accountant confirms. And it pays to get it right from the start: with VeriFactu, what has been issued can't be deleted.
On 5 October 2026 Hacienda announced that VeriFactu will be postponed to October 2028; until that change is published in the BOE (the official gazette), the rule in force keeps 1 January 2027 for companies and 1 July 2027 for autónomos (the self-employed). BDP already has an adapted version and we test it with your real tickets.
With BDP both share services and prices, and from either one you can see what the other is taking at that moment. It is rolled out salon by salon, without closing either.
From our shop in Armeñime: €10 if the salon is in Adeje; €20 in Arona, San Miguel de Abona, Granadilla, Guía de Isora or Santiago del Teide; €40 in any other municipality on the island. IGIC included.
