OK Computer installs BDP in nightlife venues across Tenerife: nightclubs, pubs, cocktail bars and beach clubs. BDP has its own nightlife edition that brings together in one program the bars, the door, entry tickets with their included drinks and each point's sales while the venue is open. We are an official BDP distributor, we set it up on any of the Canary Islands and leave it with VeriFactu (Spain's verifiable invoicing system) and IGIC (the Canary Islands sales tax) configured.
For a nightclub or pub in Tenerife, OK Computer recommends BDP in its nightlife edition, which is different from the restaurant one. With it every bar sells the same menu at the same price, each from its own till; entry is sold at the door from the same system, the drinks it includes are tracked, and management sees what each point has sold without waiting for closing time.
A small cocktail bar with a single bar and no door sales can run on Glop like any other bar. The move to BDP comes with any of these three: two or more bars taking payment at once, tickets that include drinks, or the need to see the night by bar and by bartender. OK Computer is an official distributor of both programs and recommends according to the venue.
Installation is done in daylight with the venue closed. Products, price lists and IGIC rates are loaded at the shop in Armeñime (Adeje), bar staff practise before opening and the first night already runs on the new system. As the business is concentrated from Friday to Sunday, the Gold plan covers weekends and the replacement of any equipment that breaks down.

Every point money passes through during the night, from the door to the last bar, seen from a single program.
Entry is charged at the door with the same system and produces its ticket like any other sale.
One till per bar with the same menu and prices. At closing, each bar with its own sales.
BDP keeps count of the included drinks so that what is served and what is charged match.
A Glory or AT·CASH automatic cash drawer at each bar takes payment, gives change and leaves the till balanced without recounting.
Linked to the POS: each terminal knows which ticket it is charging and cards don't get mixed up between bars.
Sales from each point while the venue is open and, if there are several rooms or venues, all of them together.
Installed by the same OK Computer team, so you can check the recording of a doubtful payment.
As well as the POS, OK Computer makes digital menus with QR codes for bars and night venues: customers open it on their phone, see each cocktail with its photo and price, and you change a price or a drink without reprinting anything. We have prepared a sample menu so you can see how it looks.

You need someone on the phone and spare equipment. OK Computer connects the bar tills by cable, not Wi-Fi, fits a UPS to each one and, with the Gold plan, there is weekend support from the same team that set up the system.

Without losing a single night's trade: the set-up is done in daylight with the venue closed.

Drinks, bottles, tickets with included drinks and IGIC rates, prepared at our shop in Adeje.
Tills, printers, card terminals and cash drawers tested bar by bar, and staff practising before opening.
With the Gold plan, weekend cover and replacement of any equipment that fails.
Glop was born for table-and-bar hospitality; BDP also has a night edition that understands the door, entry tickets and included drinks. OK Computer is an official distributor of both: with a single bar and no door, Glop is enough; with more bars or ticket sales, BDP.
Yes. Each bartender logs in with their own user and each bar is a separate point of sale; the closing report breaks down sales by bar, by employee and by card or cash.
Yes. For Hacienda, selling an entry ticket is the same as selling a gin and tonic: a ticket and a record. BDP's version already complies and we configure it with the right IGIC. On 5 October 2026 Hacienda announced that VeriFactu will be postponed to October 2028; until that change is published in the BOE (the official gazette), the rule in force keeps 1 January 2027 for companies and 1 July 2027 for autónomos (the self-employed).
Yes. As an official distributor, OK Computer installs BDP on any of the Canary Islands: everything is prepared in Adeje and on your island it only needs setting up and testing.
Yes. OK Computer makes digital menus with QR codes, with photos and prices you can change yourself. You can see a sample cocktail menu on this same page.
It depends on how many bars, doors, card terminals and cash drawers the venue has, so there is no single price. After a visit we give you a fixed quote with equipment, licences, labour and IGIC.
Use the form below or message us on WhatsApp at 922 71 73 90: tell us how many bars you have and whether you sell tickets at the door.
Every quote is personalised: for a shop, a home, a chain of venues or a large project. We come and take a look, propose only what you need and put it in writing, with no obligation. If you prefer, drop by our shop in Adeje.
Personalised, no-obligation quote. We reply within 24 business hours.
