Tell us what you sell
With a few photos of your counter on WhatsApp or a 20-minute visit we look at the counter, terrace and network. The visit is free in the south of the island.

OK Computer sets up the point of sale for cafés, ice-cream parlours and breakfast spots all over Tenerife. The screen opens on the items you sell most, sizes and extras take one tap, the card terminal receives the amount without anyone typing it and, if you serve outside, a handheld sends the order to the counter. We work with Glop or Sysme and hand it over with VeriFactu (Spain's verifiable invoicing system) and IGIC (the Canary Islands sales tax) ready.
In a café or ice-cream parlour in Tenerife, OK Computer installs Glop when the place runs like a bar (counter, tables and terrace) and Sysme when it also sells packaged or by-weight products over the counter. Either way the basic kit is a touchscreen with a receipt printer, a card terminal linked to the software and, only if there are tables outside, a waiter handheld.
What sets it apart from a restaurant is speed. Almost every ticket is small, they come one after another and they are rarely split. So the first screen is designed around the best-sellers, each category has its own colour, and sizes, flavours or plant-based milks are added with a tap. We go through that layout with the owner before loading it.
OK Computer prepares the menu, prices and IGIC rates at its shop in Armeñime (Adeje) and installs the system in half a day, outside the rush. The software complies with VeriFactu, and the same team that installs it handles any issue afterwards, by phone, remotely or on site.

A small place starts with a screen, a printer and a card terminal. Everything else is added only when it really saves time.
Latte, half a toast or two scoops in a tub at a tap, with colours by category so a new member of staff can take payments from their first shift.
The table's order is taken outside and comes out at the counter. If customers order and collect at the counter, we don't quote for one.
Dojo, Paytef or Glop Pay: the amount travels from the POS to the terminal and the ticket closes when the bank approves it.
With Glory, SMARTtill or AT·CASH the customer pays into the machine, gets their change and whoever serves never handles money.
Ice cream by the kilo to take away, coffee beans or pastries: the weight goes onto the ticket with the price worked out.
People having breakfast join a guest network that can't see either the POS or the card terminal.
Before the queue arrives. In high season new staff join who don't know the place, so OK Computer leaves the screen so clear it can be learned in minutes, and plans from the start how to add a second till when the business needs it.
Installation is done after breakfast service or on your day off.

We decide which items go on the first page and how sizes and extras are chosen, and load it all at our shop in Adeje.
We set up the equipment, test cash and card payments and show your staff how to use it.
Remote, by phone or on site, with five maintenance plans: from paying per call-out to Gold with weekend cover.
Glop if you work like a bar, with a counter, tables and a terrace served with a handheld. Sysme if your café is closer to a shop: a bakery, packaged products, sales by weight or by barcode. OK Computer installs both and recommends one once it sees what you sell and how you take payment.
Only if you serve at the table. With a terrace of six or eight tables it saves trips and stops orders being forgotten; if customers order and collect at the counter, you don't need one and we won't offer it.
Yes. We link the card terminal to the POS with Dojo, Paytef or Glop Pay: press card and the amount appears on the terminal, and the customer taps their card or phone. We choose the provider based on your software and your bank.
It makes the biggest difference where the same person serves food and takes payment, with lots of coins and several shifts: the machine counts, gives change and the cash-up balances without recounting. OK Computer installs Glory, SMARTtill and AT·CASH and works out with you whether it pays off for the cash you handle.
Yes. Glop and Sysme have an adapted version and we set it up with the IGIC rate for each product. On 5 October 2026 Hacienda announced that VeriFactu will be postponed to October 2028; until that change is published in the BOE (the official gazette), the rule in force keeps 1 January 2027 for companies and 1 July 2027 for autónomos (the self-employed).
€10 in Adeje, €20 in Arona, San Miguel de Abona, Granadilla, Guía de Isora and Santiago del Teide, and €40 in the rest of Tenerife, IGIC included. With Premium plans and above, the included visits carry no call-out fee.
Use the form below or message us on WhatsApp at 922 71 73 90: send two or three photos of your counter and tell us whether you have a terrace. We'll give you a rough figure the same day and a fixed quote after the visit.
Every quote is personalised: for a shop, a home, a chain of venues or a large project. We come and take a look, propose only what you need and put it in writing, with no obligation. If you prefer, drop by our shop in Adeje.
Personalised, no-obligation quote. We reply within 24 business hours.
